Project Overview
A confidential pharmaceutical client commissioned Krodyne Industries to design and deliver the complete electrical control system for their new oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing line in Butwal.
Scope
- 4-feeder Motor Control Centre (MCC) — 630 A bus-bar, IP54 enclosure
- Siemens S7-1200 PLC panel with touch-panel HMI (Siemens KTP900)
- 3× Siemens G120 VFDs for AHU, exhaust, and granulator drives
- SCADA connectivity via Modbus TCP to client building management system
- Cable schedule, SLDs, and as-built documentation package
Outcome
Commissioned on schedule with zero punch-list items at FAT. The client’s production team required 2 days of on-site training. System has been in service for 12 months without an unplanned outage.
