Krodyne Industries designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of low-voltage electrical panels for industrial, commercial, and utility applications. Every enclosure is fabricated, wired, labelled, and factory acceptance tested (FAT) in-house before leaving our Butwal facility.
Panel Types
- LT (Low Tension) Panels — Main distribution boards for incoming LV supply management
- MCC (Motor Control Centres) — Centralised motor feeder panels with DOL, Star-Delta, and VFD starters
- PCC (Power Control Centres) — Primary power distribution for large plant installations
- APFC Panels — Automatic power factor correction panels, reducing reactive power and penalty costs
- PLC Control Panels — DIN-rail mounted PLC racks with HMI provisions, I/O expansion, and comms modules
- VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Panels — Drive enclosures with bypass, braking resistors, and EMC filtering
- AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) Panels — Generator auto-changeover with load management and Modbus telemetry
- Custom Enclosures — Bespoke designs to client P&IDs, SLDs, and GA drawings
Standards & Quality
All panels are built to IEC 61439 (LV switchgear) and IS 8623 (Indian Standard) practices. Protection ratings from IP41 to IP66 (NEMA 4/4X available). Routine testing includes insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, continuity, and functional testing under load.
Capacity & Lead Times
Our fabrication bay handles up to 2,000 A bus-bar systems. Typical lead time: 3–6 weeks for standard designs; 8–12 weeks for complex engineered-to-order panels.
